A planning tool

Server City does arithmetic on the figures you enter and shows standard conversions. Its results are estimates for planning, not electrical, structural or fire-safety advice, and not a guarantee that equipment will fit, run or stay up. Check equipment labels and makers' ratings, and have circuits sized and installed by a licensed electrician under your local code.

Your Rack Book

A Rack Book holds the racks you save: their names, devices, positions, watts and weights. Anyone holding its private link can open it, so keep the link private and do not type passwords or other secrets into rack or device names. You can delete racks, or the whole book, at any time.

Rack Book Plus

$1.95 a month or $19.50 a year in US dollars. When checkout opens, Plus will renew until you cancel in PayPal, and cancelling will keep Plus to the end of the paid period. Plus belongs to one Rack Book; keep that book's private link, because a lost link cannot be recovered. A book with a renewing Plus will not be deletable until you cancel Plus in PayPal. During the preview there is no checkout and every Plus feature is free.

Fair use

Up to 20 new Rack Books a day per address and 300 saves a day per book. Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site.
